Just east of Wellsboro, intersecting with US-6, is US-15. This excellent highway follows the Tioga River replete with its own grand vistas of early October's fall colors. Much of US-15 is now 4-lane, controlled access freeway but drivers still need to be wary of other leaf-looking drivers.

Head north from Mansfield and you will skirt the eastern shore of the Tioga Reservoir. Head south from Mansfield and you'll even cross the river a couple times. Either way, the views are great.
